Using www.thecustomwish.com shopping service translates that you, as our valued consumers, have accepted the terms and conditions listed below. CustomWish holds the right to add, delete, or amend these Terms and conditions at any time. Hence, we urge you to check these Terms & Conditions minutely each time you use our shopping services.
By placing an order, you authorize us to pass it over to the dedicated merchant/vendor/self and ensure the delivery of the product to the given address. We render the service as the client's authorized representative, but not as an agent or in any other capacity.
We will be responsible for handling the material just as a service renderer. The liability of the same will be restricted to that of a bailee under the contract Act. None of the content will create or interpret a relationship between the parties like CustomWish is a seller/purchaser of the vendor/merchant's products.
CustomWish is an online gift shop that hosts and sells unique gift and decor items merchandised by different vendors/merchants. The sales of the mentioned products are facilitated and contemplated herein.
● All prices are quoted in Indian Rupee ( INR), and ordered items are delivered PAN India.
● The operation hours for delivery of the ordered items are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
● It takes 3-4 days to process an order placed.
● For the items delivered by the courier/speed post / registered post, their respective policies apply. CustomWish reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient rejects the order for any reason or the order is returned due to non-delivery.
● CustomWish will not be responsible for late/missed deliveries caused by curfew, last-minute orders, holidays, or incorrect addresses.
● CustomWish doesn't offer any warranty on the products delivered. Hence, they should be used carefully.
● CustomWish deals with the best quality products that meet all the contemporary quality standards; however, if it doesn't match the client's expectation, CustomWish will not be liable for shouldering the responsibility.
● GST is mandatory for all products ordered.
● No return/refund will be done once the order is delivered. However, you can request a refund/return with a video while opening the packaging and send it to us in case of damaged delivery.
