• Make sure not to over dry the personalized towels, as it may cause compromising with the cotton fiber integrity 

Once delivered, the personalized bath towels can't be returned or exchanged, except for the case of a damaged delivery. However, you must record a video while opening the package and share it with us to claim the refund.
